Music Products of Crete Island Greece
As of this year, MOHLOS LUXURY VILLAS offers, to any of our guests who wish it, the following three rare (perhaps even unique) "musical products" :
"A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO MUSIC"
A tour of the exhibition of musical instruments and the recording studio, and showing of a DVD documentary on the following subjects:
- Introduction to music, with special reference to European and Eastern musical traditions and healing music.
- A demonstration of instrument-making.
- Excerpts from traditional music concerts, etc.
"MUSICAL ANTHOLOGY"
On a PC in each villa are stored thousands of pieces of music and songs of all kinds, as well as pieces of healing music. Guests can choose to listen to any of these on the PC and the villa sound system. In each villa there is a leaflet with an introduction to music and instructions for use.
"SMALL RECORDINGS"
Guests may, if they wish, record music played by themselves on the guitar or other instruments. They will have expert technical support and will be presented with a CD of their recordings. (They will also be able to copy the CD on a computer for their friends).
The first two facilities ("A Brief Introduction to Music" and "Musical Anthology") are free, while there will be a reasonable fee for the third ("Small Recordings").
The recording studio is fully equipped with the most state-of-the-art machinery in the world. Guests can edit their own CDs and enrich them at studios in their own country.
Note
As this product has proved extremely popular right from the first, especially with teenagers and young people, and is much in demand, visitors who want to do sound recordings are asked to let us know when they book their villa, so we can schedule it with the studio.
